Mediation Training Course 調解技巧訓練證書課程
 
Due to the increasing needs of mediation in the engineering and construction industry, Utility Training Institute will jointly organize the Mediation Training Course with Conflict Resolution Centre (CRC) on 8-12 July 2010.  The 5-day training aims to teach participants how to resolve disputes and conduct mediation, and it will focus on how to conduct Facilitative, Conflict resolution and Solution-focused techniques.
 
Successful graduates will fulfill the requirements of the first stage to be an Accredited General Mediators (HKIAC website: http://www.hkiac.org/show_content.php?article_id=39) .
