Vision

• To offer professional training, publications & event management services to utility profession;
  
  
• To work closely with Hong Kong Utility Research Centre, Hong Kong Institute of Utility Specialists, government bodies and other utility related organizations to promote the advancement of utility profession.

• 為管綫相關專業團體開辦專業培訓課程、提供出版及項目管理服務。

• 通過與香港管綫管理研究中心 (HKURC)、香港管綫專業學會 (HKIUS)、政府部門及其他管綫相關組織的緊密合作，促進管綫專業的發展。
