All programmes are delivered by experienced trainers specialized in the field of utility survey and project management. UTI also works in collaboration with different training and development institutes such as The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE). Over the years, UTI has trained more than hundreds of professionals through in-house and public programmes.

1. Courses of Mandatory Basic Safety Training (Green Card) and Competent Person and Certified Worker of Confined Spaces are approved by the Commissioner for Labour of Labour Department.
強制性基本安全訓練課程(綠咭)及密閉空間合資格人士及核准工人訓練課程已獲勞工處處長認可開辦。
2. Utility Survey Results Accuracy Evaluation & Usefulness Training is jointly organized with the School of Professional Education and Executive (SPEED) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic Unviersity. The Competence Certificated issued could meet the training requirements for application of Competent Person under Cap406H.
管綫測量探測資料準確性評估及應用課程是與香港理工大學專業進修學院合辦，考試合格者可根據電力條例(第406章)，申請成為地下電纜探測合資格人士。
